New issue types automatically created??

Hello,

Recently i noticed that i had 3 new Issue types in Jira issue settings: Access, Fault, Purchase that i didnt have before, they are all not associated with any schemes and all say "... Created by Jira service desk"

Are these new types that were added? If so, what are their workflows? i didnt see any new ones in my instance. 

Are these changes related to the way projects are created now?
