Jira ticket details not updating on the board

Hi Folks


I have been experiencing following issues with Jira tickets not updating:

  1. Ticket row details not updated after updating Story points or Assignee through the ticket preview pane in Backlog view of the board (e.g. Update points or Assignee does not result in the number or avatar change in the sprint or backlog grouped rows of tickets; After browser refresh details are correct)
  2. Creating a for backlog results in message "ticket created, but cannot be displayed" (on browser refresh the ticket is there)
  3. Moved ticket in the Active Sprint view to another status and got the message that "ticket is updated", but the ticket remained in original column (on Browser refresh the details are reflected correctly)


I have bee seeing this pattern in various setups - on Firefox and Chrome, on Linux and Mac. Issues appear to have become quite prominent over last few weeks. Issue #1 has always been there, and I kind of swallowed it as an annoyance. With issues #2 and #3 are something new I have been noticing.
