Jira automation

Hi Team,

We are looking for automation where jira can differentiate between SR and Incident.

Correctly we are using:Helpdesk - Queues - Service project - Jira (atlassian.net)

Hi @JTiwari ,

Jira automation can differentiate what is SR and Incident based on the ticket types or request types it is mapped in the backend jira.

Please let us know what is your actual requirement. Some examples and screenshots will help us know the requirement better.
