Hi all !
I think it's the first time I wrote a message on the forum and I'd like to have your feedback about how it's possible for me to implement JIRA and Confluecne for product requirements and project management.
Situation is : 2 dev projects and 1 R&D project
Users ? Developers, IT managers and Business managers
Products will be used ? JIRA and Confluence at start
What for ? Product requirements, documentation and project
What I want to do is
So my idea is
* to use Jira Software to follow the development (and maybe bugs)
* use Confluence for products requirements (Roles, modules, functionnalities) and documentation (type of emails)
Do you think I can manage this ? I think it will be a lot of configuration :-)
For the bugs, I'm considering making another project bug tracking only to avoid mixing epic/stories, etc with bugs. Usually I put bug tarcking issues inside the sprint.
In a future we could use Service Desk with final clients of our apps
Thanks all !
