JIRA instance cleaning

We are looking to remove any inactive projects, fields/schemes/workflows/screens..etc

My current plane now :

1-get all the in active Projects .

2-delete all the inactive projects(we will backup them in another instance ) .

3-delete unused Issue Type Scheme .

4-delete unused Issue Types .

5-delete the Inactive Workflow schemes 

6-delete the Inactive Workflows and unused Statuses.

7-delete unused Issue type Screen Schemes ,Screen Schemes ,Screens .

8-delete unused Field Configuration Schemes , Field Configurations ,Custom Field .

9-delete unused priority schemes ,Priorities .

10-delete unused Issue links,Resolutions.

11-delete unused Notification Schemes with unused events. 

12-delete unused Permission schemes, project rolesa .

I want to delete everything from the interface, not from the DB, but I only need the query to check the object numbers before I delete them.

Please if there is any reference or documentation help to get this Task in official way or any documentation for the Query .
