Is it possible to edit an issue directly within a list/Filter ? without drill down into the issue detailed page

Regarding your question, it is possible to edit issues directly within a list or filter, when using the Detailed View type.

To ensure which type of view you have, you can go check in the right-hand side of the search bar and you should see an option to change the view.
