Importing microsoft project file into addon WBS Gantt chart does not work properly

Hello community,

We started using the Addon WBS Gantt mainly to synchronize our JIRA project and microsoft project MPP file.

However, the import of MPP file into WBS Gantt does not seem to work properly.

The treee structure of the tasks from MPP are not imported correctly into WBS Gantt addon.

Any help in this regard would be highly appreciated.

We have noticed that some of your items have symbols in the Task Name. In the past, we saw some import failing because of it, but since there could be multiple reasons for it to parse incorrectly, we weren't able to narrow down to which specific symbol to remove.

That said, could you please check if the import still mismatching after trying it?

I tried it after removing symbols from MPP. The result is still unsatisfcatory.
