I want to Create a dashboard to track issues assigned to me and my team mate

In the default dashboards, I can see the issues assigned to me. But we are team of three (out of bigger team) working on same track in a project. But we are unable to get complete picture of our track as issue can be assigned to only one person at a time and the issues are assigned to me or my teammates in random manner by management. How can I create a dashboard which will help me to track issues assigned to me and my team member. That Dashboard should be visible to only me and my teammates (3 of us) and would track of all the issues assigned to all three of us.

Any help is appreciated.

Hello @Abhishek Shukla , good day!

Welcome to the Community!

I believe you can search for issues and create a Custom Filter to find the issues assigned to the three of you.
You can go to Issues>>Search For issues and type the search criteria.
Make sure you save the Custom Filter by clicking the "Save As" button.

Then you can:

  • Create a new Dashboard
  • Add the Viewer/Editor permissions accordingly
  • Add a gadget called "Filter Results", select the Custom Filter saved in the previous step and the desired columns to display.

Hope it helps!

Kind regards,

Marcel
