I cannot search issue by environment - staging

I don't understand where is the problem with searching issue by environment staging. what is really weird - I can successfully search bugs by environment "Production" but not "Staging"

Hi @Yz

Can you confirm your question:

You have 2 different instances of Jira: One is for production use and other for staging/ testing?

And you are able to search for issues in your production Jira instance and not in the staging Jira instance?

Hello @Deepanshu Natani correct! when filter issues by issuetypr=Bug, I can see all bugs from staging and production
