How would I integrate sumologic with bitbucket cloud?

My team is very impressed with Hygieia as a DevOps Dashboard to monitor our pipelines.  I see that hygieia has a bitbucket collector which should integrate with cloud:

Has anyone integrated hygieia with bitbucket and can share their experiences?

If I wanted to do something similar with sumologic instead of Hygieia, how would I get access to the bitbucket and pipelines log output?  Someone mentioned that you have to request access to the logs, what is this process?

Is there a better solution for monitoring (besides using the built in monitoring tools)?
