How to put correct hierarchy of Initiative, EPIC, Story in Gantt chart

Hi , 

I am facing issue, while preparing Gantt Chart , Not getting correct hierarchy.

It should be inside Initiative , EPIC should be there, Inside EPIC, Stories, instead i am getting Epic inside initiative.

Please help me putting correct hierarchy in Gantt chart .

stories coming under EPICS, but EPICS  not coming under INITIATIVES in my gantt chart, how to align Initiatives in my gantt chart structure.

Just so I've got this right, you want:




as your Hierarchy? and "Initiative" is a custom issue type you have created?

Bonus question, are you using Portfolio or any other plug-in (Structure, BigPicture)?
