Edited

Hello

Is it possible to remove all the done task from the Issues? So its Isolated from all other Issues?

Hi Simon,

what do you mean by "done task from the Issues"? Do you want to delete done issues or do you want to change the workflow status transition? Or something else?

Could you please describe your question a little bit more?

My instinct was that the requirement is to hide "done" sub-tasks on stories and issues.  But you're right, it's not clear.

Hi Thomas and Nic

Yes sorry for the bad explanation.

As Nic says Hiding "done" sub-tasks on stories and issues.

Is that possible? Or maybe there is a smart way to do something else?

Hi Simon,

yes, this is possible. Just set the subtask filter to "Show Open":

Is that something I can set by default to everyone?

It looks like this, is that the wrong place?

No, I don't think, that you can set it as default. But a user has to change this setting just once.

Hi

You should be able to do this with https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.botronsoft.jira.issuematrix/server/overview

You can use a query to show only the issues that you need "status != closed" for example

Regards,

Dave
