How to bulk update domain in issue field

Due to a hosting change, all of my project documentation is moving from

I have hundreds if not thousands of JIRA issues that reference that I would like to update to Each issue may have a different ProjectSitePath, so the bulk update functionality that enables replacement of field values with a hard-coded value is not viable.

Here is a python script that is designed to do just what you seek. I have never used it, so I cannot vouch for it personally, but it looks to be legit. I'd certainly try it in a non-production instance first.
