Hello Đạt,

Consider a plugin found in the Atlassian Marketplace.

To access the database in Jira, you can use the datasource connection in Power Scripts. You can then make queries using the sql() routine. Once you have the data, you can export the data to .csv using the printInFile() routine.

If you are using Jira Data Center, take a look at the all new Power Database Fields PRO. This will allow you to display data directly in Jira UI.

Please answer the following questions so that we get a better idea of your requirements:

  • How would you like to process the data?
  • How would you like to display the statistics?
    • In a report?
    • In the view screen of an issue?

Regards,

Hyrum

Due to Confluence Cloud security features, you may need to open the documentation in incognito mode or by logging out of Confluence.
