Looking for some guidance here : we are close to filling up all the seats in our 2,000 user tier in our on prem server instance. We just increased to 10,000 seats. Cloud isn’t an option for a number of reasons the first being we want to keep a single instance and cloud, from my understanding, is limited to 5,000 users. I do front end and governance ‘stuff’ and HAD an engineer that did the server, integration, automation part but he left. Sooooo options seem to be a) keep it in house and replace resource or b) farm out the hosting AND management to someone. Anyone have thoughts ? What do other  server customers do ? Love to see any stats or survey results
