Help in Initiative

Hello everyone.
Jira is new product in our country, step by step every company gets interested in this opportunity to make business effective and fast paced, but dont have many information and dont have time resource to localise and plan trainings for staff. So i have some ideas to make it clear for Georgian customers and make some f.a.q.-s, instructions on Georgian language, video tutorials and maybe fb page where jira users may ask questions about jira and on other atlassian products (on our local georgian language) and get answers. So can anyone help me to organise such initiative or from where i can start all this things.
It is really important to make jira more accessible and understandable for new users in Georgian market.
