Having EDIT and SAVE issues in JIRA regardless of which Browser Used - Mircrosoft or Chrome

Hello, we are on JIRA cloud with the New Editor and have noticed a number of issues.
1. When we updated our Stories - and hit SAVE and go back the new updates are not on the card but they are in the History. [Thank goodness, I had to completely redo my work on the card]
2. Depending on how I navigate to my cards [from dashboard, from backlog, from active sprint, or by typing in the URL I get different views of the cards. Here is one example

Weirdness When I navigate from Components
It appears to go back to the Old Edit view.
I do not have "Go to old View" or "Turn off new View" enabled, so I am not sure what is happening.
Please advise! Thanks!
