Have Tempo plugins become too unreliable?

With the latest update, Tempo has been having atrocious service issues. A plugin I rely on for daily work not only removed key features, but is now almost unusable 2 or 3 days a week. 

Considering Atlassian really hypes their marketplace, when will they hold a third party developer responsible for lack of a vital service?

In a similar position.  We have now lost visability of our custom fields that we use for filtering timesheet data.  And lots of the key fields are missing from the excel exports.  

Even simple things like the Full Names field is missing.

And as you say the refresh time is terrible.
