Getting 404 on custom favicon in Jira Cloud

Using the Jira Cloud System Settings, importing a 32x32, 8-bit, PNG favicon.  Imports so that the system shows the favicon in the settings (the jira-favicon-hires.png), but the icon placed into the site code (jira-favicon-scaled.png) is not on the server (throwing a 404 error).  This behavior does not repeat in Confluence.  The favicon shows properly there.  Any idea of how to get this to work?

Never mind.  This turned out to be a Chrome issue that was resolved by Clear Browser Data... > Advanced, and clearing out all data.

Finally, the favicon appears!
