Gantt style program planning

Hi all, 

As a program manager, I have found the current capability within Jira for program planning to be limited. So far I've been using advanced roadmaps, which has some use for dependencies and capacity planning, however there doesn't seem to be a project rollup type view so that each project in its entirety can be viewed against the others at a glace. 

There's also no ability to add costing to generate a project budget. 

in the past i've used Microsoft Projects (i know i know), so i'm looking for similar capabilities. 

What does everybody else use?
