Fully utilizing Jira when I am not very familiar with the product?

I have been using Jira for almost a year now but I still feel like I do not know it completely and would like to know the software inside out. I do not have the benefit of having the technical background, but I do have the benefit of having implementation, and 25 years of service bureau knowledge. Please help guide mw through this product and all the the Atlassian products for all the knowledge I can receive. Thank you in advance for your time and assistance!!

Hello @T467926 

I recommend that you visit the Atlassian University site and consider taking some of the training available there to learn more about the product.

Note that there is a temporary freeze on enrolling in training courses while Atlassian is implementing some price changes.
