Have you ever tried to create a SQL source data querying the eazyBI DB ( also of another instance ) ? Or a REST API source data that has an url that correspond to an eazyBI report export ?

What do you think about it?

Do you thin is all possible on cloud?

Hi @Alessandro Lombardo

You can export one eazyBI report results in CSV format using REST API (https://docs.eazybi.com/eazybi/set-up-and-administer/customization/report-results-export-api). And use this REST API as a data source to some other eazyBI account marking that the content type is CSV (https://docs.eazybi.com/eazybi/data-import/external-data-sources/import-from-rest-api).

Some eazyBI customers have made such a solution to precalculate data in one eazyBI account (where the right data are available or heavy calculation would impact fewer users) and then import only the calculated results into eazyBI another account.

Best,

Zane / support@eazyBI.com
