Difference in JENKINS plugins for Cloud and DataCenter

Hi Team,

We have 2 environments of JIRA. One is a temporary JIRA that is set up in Cloud. The other is setup on premise(Data Centre). We would like to integrate JIRA with JENKINS and work on the automation stuff from JIRA.

With "Jenkins Integration for JIRA" supported on DataCenter I could perform activities like Siimplified site management, JIRA Software Integration, Visualise build data in JIRA etc.

With "pcloudy plugin for jenkins" which provides access to the platform for perform automation testing of mobile apps from within Jenkins I could do few tasks only.

I am not able to see the "Jenkins Integration for JIRA" plugin in the cloud environment, as it supports only cloud environment.

My question is, what is the major difference between "Jenkins Integration for JIRA" in Datacenter and "pcloudy plugin for Jenkins" in cloud.

Are there any other plugins in cloud that support the way "Jenkins Integration for JIRA" performs.

Thanks !!

Best Regards,
