Create a report to see how many times a test execution type has actually been executed within a plan

Edited

Is there a way to set up a X-ray report / gadget to highlight how many times a test has actually been executed within X-ray (without any additional add-ons being installed) i.e. failed / executed once, failed again the same test, defect raised, then executed again and passed 3rd time but want a report to highlight how many times the same test has been executed within the test cycle.   I have had a look on Atlassian website and believe you need add-ons to get this report….
