Hi Yogesh, the ServiceRocket Salesforce Jira connector has currently support only for the Case object comments.

There is a feature request already raised for this so I'd like to invite you to upvote for it and add your comments: https://ideas.atlassian.servicerocket.com/ideas/SFJC-I-146
