Backup and Restore options missing in Confluence 6.3.12 version

Hi Atlassians,

I want to restore the latest available data in JIRA Prod to JIRA Test environment.

During this process when I checked the TEST Environment UI, I couldn't see the Restore option.

I was able to see it in the PROD environment, but not in TEST Environment

Please find the screenshots for your reference.

Thanks,

Hi!

Could you follow these steps for test env?

  • Shut down JIRA
  • Delete the following hidden plugin cache directories:
    JIRA_HOME/plugins/.bundled-plugins
    JIRA_HOME/plugins/.osgi-plugins
  • Restart JIRA (These directories will be recreated on JIRA reboot with new plugin cache)

After check option?

If it will not appear, let's check system plugins.

Some system plugin has been disabled.

Thanks

Gonchik

Hi Gonchik ,

Thanks for the response. Unfortunately there are no bundled-plugins or osgi-plugins available in our JIRA PROD and TEST Environment.

I have shutdown JIRA and restarted it just now.

They are not created.

I have seen osgi, bundled plugins in Confluence.

Is there any way that we can provide access to a specific user-id with the system-administrator access from the database.

Have few tables like cwd_user, cwd_group. Is there any way that we can update specific table with permissions to specific user ?

Please suggest.

Best Regards,
