Today (08.29.17) we had problems with the jira-cloud. The webpage was unresponsive and half of the things were not showing…
The issue was resolved by going to the user profile and activating "new jira experience".
The biggest complain is that nobody was informed from atlassian that jira-cloud would be non usable if the "new jira experience" was not activated.
Atlassian could at least shown a warning in the login window and saved us from wasting time.
The users were unhappy because they have a important project and the last thing they need are episodes like this...
