Reading through issues and questions here in Atlassian Community, the experience is more like training ourselves for certification and building up understanding of the product.

The variety of issues and requirements people post here is so diverse that it gets very challenging as well as interesting to read how people have understood atlassian products and implemented them in their organizations.
