Add option to change quick search bar background color in look and feel

After upgrading JIRA server to 7.11, I noticed that the quick search bar was updated to have a blue tint as the background. This does not go well with the custom look and feel color schemes that we have. I have opened a ticket with JIRA Server to add the ability to change the quick search bar background. If anyone feels that this should be a feature, please upvote this ticket https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRASERVER-67648
