What can we learn?

There’s no central place in Jira to find all possible additional features, apps, conditions, integrations, or custom code. The easiest way to manage these resources is to record them as they are added. By tracking installs as they occur, you and future admins won’t need to go hunting for them later. It’s helpful to have a master list of apps, versions, costs, support contacts, and expiration information.
