Jira forms and creating outlook calendar enties after approval

Hi everyone

I have a person asking me abut their jira form and how it can be automaterd after approval to add a calendar entry to a certain calendar with the form information, the peope whoi have approved the form in the body of the email and to add the certain people and meeting rooms required for this request

Can you please let me know how I can fulfil this request?

Hi Matthew - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

I am not following exactly what you are trying to do. In general, Calendars on a Jira Work Management project (now just called Jira Business projects) only show issues for that project. 

What are your step-by-step exact requirements?
