I am not able to update subtask details how to overcome this?

I am trying to update subtask due date in jia after creating subtask by using the below fields mapping but showing this error and i am using the date formte dd-MM-yyyy.

Here i am trying to add due date in existing subtask but i can't do it. in my CSV file i  have date format like this 31-01-2024

Hi Priti,

According to the message it looks like it is trying to update a sub-task and remove the parent. So it might just be a bad value. 

However, if the Sub-tasks are already created, you can just use the issue key not include Parent in the CSV.
