It appears the Workflows for a Business project have less features than a regular Service Management or Software project. I'd like to clear the resolution field of any ticket that's marked as resolved if it is moved out of a "resolved" lane into a "not started" lane.
All of the documentation I see points to adding a post function and setting the resolution field to "none" but the resolution status isn't a selectable field option in the Business project workflow.
Any ideas?

That's because this is a Team-managed business project workflow, and not a Company-managed business project workflow.
Using a Company-managed business project, you could clear the Resolution.
