My team is wanting to Integrate Manage Engine and Jira to test, but we are unsure if it would be available to everyone? Or just my account alone? We want to get familiar with the changes before it is reflected to everyone on the team.

How (exactly) are you integrating these platforms? Are you using the Atlassian solution or a 3rd-party solution?
Can you please describe your use case in more detail? I.e., what do you mean by "available to everyone." (Typically, with the Atlassian-built integration, the ManageEngine Integration is used to forward ServiceDesk plus requests to Jira Service Management. Then, those tickets can be serviced by anyone (everyone) on the JSM side. Is this what you mean?)
