I would like to take individual assignee report in easy bi. Please suggest

How many tickets taken FY24
Ticket update days (first time to respond)
Tickets closure days
Ticket not touched / not commented for a long time
and finally average

eazyBI is a great Jira reporting tool where you can build many custom measures.
Please be more specific on how you measure "taken" - what steps does the assignee take in Jira to "take" the ticket in a period (does it update the assignee, a status field, or make first comment, etc.) - which Jira field triggers that for the report in the period?
Is "first time to respond" a Jira SM SLA field or just some internal definition for any field update for the ticket?
What exactly means "closure"(status, resolution etc.)?
