Is there a way to set users to view issues and not the queue or the project? i.e they can view an issue when they have the link but they can't view the queue or the project and see all other issues. The Browse Projects doesn't seem to be restrict it to just this. Thanks

Sure it’s possible. Issue level of control gives certain users access to what issues are allowed to view/edit etc.

Thanks @Zoey Wang but I can't actually see step 4 - Choose Edit for the Set Issue Security permission. There isn't that option anywhere on the screen, just a list of permissions.
You need to be a Jira Cloud admin to configure issue-level security. So can you confirm?
