Is it possible to set a new feature request visible to everyone in the organization without the need of adding a person to "shared with" in order for them to see it?

When you are sharing the request with others there is an option to include the organisation as well. However, this is not working approprietally, and this page contains more suitable solution: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/add-a-customer-to-an-organization/
