Jira Automation Rule

Hello Guys,

I'm trying to create a rule that when both approvers check their combo box, the status of the issue moves from Ready for UAT to Ready to Prod.

Anyone can help me building this rule on Jira automation?

Hi @Ilidio Faria

  1. Create rule
  2. Add Trigger => Field value Changed
  3. Select Field => Approval UAT
  4. Add Condition => JQL Condition
  5. "Approvals[Checkboxes]" in ("Approved by MO") and "Approvals[Checkboxes]" in ("Approved by ZPY") and Status in ( "Read for UAT")
  6. New Action => Transition Issue
  7. Destination Status => Ready to Prod
  8. Save
  9. Name your rule

Thank you very much for you fast reply, but the JQL is not working. Is saying: Field 'Approvals[Checkboxes]' does not exist or you do not have permission to view it.

I'm administrator of Jira instance.

resolved and working!

Ilidio, can you explain what was wrong with the rule and how you solved the JQL error message?
