Is there a way to create a jira group and sync all members from an existing google group. e.g. a jira group naming 'test' should always have all the users present in a google group say 'test@gmail.com'.
As far as I know, you can only sync the members from Google Groups into Jira, before manually adding them to group membership. See this answer here which appears to confirm this.
There is a suggestion to improve this you can vote for and watch for updates - see ID-152.
