How to find lost issue

I cant' find the issue from one project.

It was there, i have a notes about it.

But i can't find it.

Where to see log of actions within project? (When issue created/updated/deleted)

Welcome to the community!

Which hosting (Cloud/server) option are you using?
If the ticket has been deleted then it's gone you can't find this in Jira. If its a server then you can find the deleted issue details in atlassian-jira.log files.

Its located in <JIRA_HOME>/logs directory, you can find in log files something like 

GET /secure/DeleteIssue!default.jspa
