Hi Ehsan,

If I understand correctly, you are using Jira Service Management Server (previously known as Jira Service Desk) and would like to change the logo that is in use.   However it looks like you tried to set the URL for Service Desk as the base URL.  That should not be the base URL.  Instead the base URL is expected to be the address in which end users are using to connect to the main Jira site itself, never the Service Desk URL.  More details in configuring the Jira base URL.

If you are looking to change the customer portal logo, then please see Configuring the customer portal: Brand your customer portal.

If you are wanting to change the logo for the main Jira site itself, this is something a Jira administrator can do by following the guide in Configuring the look and feel of your Jira applications.

I hope that these resources can be helpful in explaining how Jira is expected to be able to customize such logos. Does this help you to achieve your desired end result?  If not, then could you please explain in some more detail what you are trying to accomplish here.
