I can't see any documentation anywhere on how to change these columns. I am the Jira Admin and have full access to our Jira Cloud instance. Half of these don't make any sense but we would like to utilize this feature. Any way to change the titles and functionality of these columns?? THANKS!!
SOLVED. This came from an add-on app that a prior admin had installed. NOT NATIVE TO JIRA. Ignore this question.
