How do I re-activate VS Code field?

Just a while ago, other people complained about VS Code field advertisement and it was reverted to previous state correctly.

I know the VS Code field has to be opt-in feature and the revert is nothing, but for me, it's lovely feature because we also use VS Code.

So, how can I re-use this VS Code field on our project? I saw fields settings, but nothing related to VS Code field is there.

Is it not implemented yet?
