Do we have a default tool validation protocols available to validate the Jira cloud tool

gumapathy June 16, 2022

Any default list of test protocol to validate the Jira cloud tool. Tool validation for the Jira cloud is mandatory for healthcare or life science industry, I am sure that many healthcare or life science companies would be using it and should have one. If Jira team has any such protocols inbuilt or documented, and if there is an feasibility to access the list of protocols to validate the tool it will be very helpful and time saving.

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

This is not one we can really answer for you.  The "validation" you need to do is something you need to define, not the application.

What is your "validation" if you're going to be working in the healthcare industry?   (and also, where - software requirements for healthcare in the UK are very different from the US - our NHS makes use of Atlassian stuff in a lot more places than you'd imagine, but doesn't need any of it to be HIPAA compliant, for example)

I imagine that validation would be different for life science companies, and it's definitely different for financial institutions.

So the question isn't really about a default list of things to "validate", it's actually "what are you wanting to test for and validate?"
