Change status of a specific issue when any other issue move to a specifc state

The workflow for PRO-1 task is the following:

• Open
• To Do
• In Progress
• Done

There are several other issues in a workflow with a workflow (part of it) below:

• In Progress
• Ready to Test
• Done

I want to automate  PRO-1 task to move from Open or Done statuses to To Do (but leave it in In Progress if its in it), if any task moves in the bottom workflow to Ready to Test.

How can I set this up?

What is the relationship between PRO-1 and the issues in the other workflow? Are they linked? Are they Epic and children, or issue and sub-tasks?

Or is it always going to be specifically PRO-1 that you want to update? Never some other issue?

The answers to those questions are required to recommend a solution.
