Add issues to EPIC based on organization

Hey 

I have a setup in our helpdesk where each issue reported by a customer is added to an EPIC that hosts all issues from that organization. I have a big automation rule today that I had to split into several rules to make it fit. I was seeking to simplify that and wondered if there is a way to just map on the organization field. When issues are created they automatically get the organization and each EPIC already have the organization field filled out. Hit me - do you have a good way to do that with Jira Automation? I'm using Jira data center version 8.22.6
