unable to arrange project main task in order.

Hi,

How do we arrange the main task. i can arrange the subtask move it up and down to where i want it to be. whereas i'm unable to that on the main task. the order is not correct. we may need to add additional task if the project changes..

It depends on what you want to order by. In your image you see the “order by priority”. You can click the drop down and change the order by field. Now if you wish to “rank” the issues to represent the order in which you want them to be worked then you should use a board and enable ranking. Then drag the tasks into the desired order in the backlog.

Hi @Axient Support

We do have many system filters like Open issues,Recent issues,All issues etc.

The above image is in "Open issues "filter.

For this scenario ,I would suggest to create a filter which say something like

Project =LEGALID01 order by created DESC ---(if recent issues should be in top) and use it to view the issues in order.
