dear all
we have done an update on our workflow used for a Service Desk project.
after this update we have understood there is a bug on it and we would like to get back to the original workflow.
we do not have a backup of the original workflow, so we are looking to get it back using another way: any of you knows how to recover the original one?
thanks
What if there is one in a test maschine?
If not... then i have to say the same as the guys above me! But conside this as a lesson! We all have made also some same mistakes in the past (i think :) )
There's no way to do this without going back to a backup. If you don't have one, your only option is to edit the workflow to try to make it the way you want it to work, without looking at what it did before.

Hello,
If you did not make a backup of your workflow, then you can not restore it.

when I edited this, system has not asked me to make a backup - frankly speaking - jumping that step
Doing it again, backup request poped up - any idea?

I am not sure, why you did not have this pop up the first time. It is always present during changing your workflow.
