once customer is invited to a project, how long does it take for customer to access the project ?

Team,

 

Please confirm on an average, once customer is invited to a JSM project, how long does it take for customer to access the project/service desk portal?

It's been an hour that I have sent an invite to the customer but they are still unable to access the project. They are receiving below error when they login to the service desk portal.

Hi Perisic.. I have added the same use to the role of Service Desk Customer too.

Hello, have you checked your "Customer access" option within your service desk project: https://support.atlassian.com/organization-administration/docs/ip-addresses-and-domains-for-atlassian-cloud-products/

Yes, below are the restrictions i have set in customer permissions.

Please confirm if the settings that I have made so far is incorrect ?

Hi Perisic, I have made necessary changes to customer access section, i will keep you posted on this after testing to see if the configuration has helped.
