Please confirm on an average, once customer is invited to a JSM project, how long does it take for customer to access the project/service desk portal?
It's been an hour that I have sent an invite to the customer but they are still unable to access the project. They are receiving below error when they login to the service desk portal.

Hi Perisic, I have made necessary changes to customer access section, i will keep you posted on this after testing to see if the configuration has helped.
