I use the tour as a support tool alone then send me an e-mail.
I would like that when creating an issue, a field appears where I can get the email of the person who sent this issue.
Any modifications I make in the incidence will reach them by mail (I want to use the 10-user license).
I saw a configuration was that way in my previous job. Can this be done without a plugin?
You can use the issue collector to obtain information, but store it in the issue description as a block.
You basically want a full helpdesk system for 10$. Well, not quite out of the box;
If you are prepared to do some development, you may well be able to achieve something the the very handy ScriptRunner and some postfunctions.
